Purity is reported as peak area percentage by reverse-phase HPLC at 220 nm — the main peak measured against everything else the detector sees. Identity is confirmed separately by mass spectrometry. A batch below 99% is not released for sale.

Yes. Every certificate is tied to a single synthesis lot, and the lot number on your label is the one you search here. We do not publish a representative certificate and reuse it across production runs.

Keep sealed lyophilised vials at 2–8 °C, protected from light. For storage beyond a few months, −20 °C is better. Once reconstituted, stability drops considerably and depends on the compound and buffer — the stability notes on each product record give the specifics.

Cold, in insulated packaging with gel packs, tracked, and dispatched the next business day on orders placed before 2pm CT. We ship to research institutions and businesses; some jurisdictions restrict certain compounds and we will tell you before charging.

Email the lot number and photographs within seven days. We hold a retained sample from every batch, so we can re-run the analysis and replace or refund based on what it shows.
