1. Buyer Representation and Warranties
By placing an order with Genovara Labs, the purchaser expressly certifies and warrants that:
- The purchaser is an authorized researcher, scientific investigator, or institutional representative operating within a controlled laboratory environment.
- The purchaser has thoroughly reviewed the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and analytical specification sheets for all requested chemical sequences.
- The products will not be introduced into humans or animals, mixed into cosmetics, drugs, or foods, or distributed for clinical or commercial administration.
2. Safe Storage and Handling Protocol
Peptide compounds supplied in lyophilized powder form require immediate storage under controlled thermal conditions (-20 °C to 4 °C protected from desiccating moisture and ambient light). Purchasers assume all responsibility for appropriate containment, reconstitution, and biosafety protocols.
3. Regulatory Non-Compounding Disclaimer
Genovara Labs operates strictly as a chemical supplier and research compound manufacturer. Genovara Labs is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and is not an outsourcing facility as defined under section 503B.
4. Indemnification
Purchasers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Genovara Labs, its directors, analytical chemists, and affiliates against any liabilities, claims, or regulatory sanctions resulting from non-compliant storage, diversion, or unauthorized use.
