2. Discrepancy Reporting & Retained Sample Re-testing
In the event that an independent laboratory assay produces analytical data inconsistent with our published COA, the researcher should contact research@genovaralabs.com within 30 days of receipt, citing the lot number and analytical chromatogram data. We retain physical samples from every manufactured lot for two full years, allowing immediate re-testing against our calibration standards.
3. Replacement & Refund Protocol
If analytical non-conformance or shipment carrier damage is verified, Genovara Labs will promptly dispatch a replacement lot via priority cold-chain express at zero cost, or issue a complete refund to the original payment method.
